Program

This program offers practical strategies to improve communication, collaboration, and connection within and outside the organization.

New Systems

This program helps your team treat new systems as experimental platforms by measuring outcomes, improving processes, and anticipating the changing needs of your target purchasers.

Approach

By adopting a creative, data-driven approach, your organization can achieve strategic growth rather than relying solely on increased effort.

Strategies

We offer modern, actionable strategies to improve organizational communication, collaboration, and connection within your organization and with external partners.

Learn More

The program focuses on 12 key areas, delivered in two phases: learning and implementation. The first six sessions engage all departments to establish or refine core principles, streamline communication, and clarify offerings for different purchaser segments. Participants work to reduce interdepartmental friction, address communication challenges, and develop a shared language to improve collaboration and speed decision-making. This phase also encourages curiosity and diversity, moving beyond rigid customer profiles and drawing on the workforce’s varied perspectives.

Improving processes

The program helps your team treat new systems as experimental platforms by systematically measuring outcomes, improving processes, and anticipating the changing needs of your target purchasers.

Strengthen alignment

Our approach will enhance retention, attract top talent, strengthen alignment with your mission, and generate significant cost savings for future growth initiatives.

Core principles

By refining core principles, communication strategies, and customer insights, your organization can outperform competitors and set a new standard for quality and experience.

Cohesive Teams

Streamlined and aligned organizational communication ensures that offerings accurately reflect core values, capabilities, and buyer needs. This approach uses curiosity to identify purchaser preferences and leverages the creativity and experience of underrecognized team members in product and service development. The initial phase establishes repeatable practices that foster curiosity and continuous improvement, helping positive changes last beyond training.

As a result, teams become more cohesive, individuals feel heard and understand their impact on the mission, and the organization is better equipped to address new challenges without burnout.

New Systems

The second phase centers on the marketing department, using insights from the first six sessions to develop new systems and strategies. The team learns to capture and sustain audience attention with clear, concise, and principle-aligned messaging. Emotional touchpoints are identified to present the brand as human and trustworthy. Content and customer journeys are structured to help purchasers make informed decisions at their own pace.

This phase also includes strategies to ensure products and services meet expectations, convert satisfied clients into advocates, and create follow-up offers that support long-term relationships.

Our Program

Equipping you with tools for success.

Communication Reset

When updating marketing language, organizations should ensure consistency across all departments. A multi-departmental reset is recommended to achieve this. Team members receive training in effective listening and communication strategies based on core principles that support future growth. Mindset development activities are also included to address scarcity thinking as changes are considered.

Curiosity Dimensions

In this workshop, we will review the perspectives of these unique purchasers to understand what they value and discuss strategies to engage them in conversations about measurable solutions. While it is not practical to target every potential purchaser, your organization can focus on distinct segments whose characteristics and motivations align with your core principles.

Skill Evaluation

With your organization’s core mission clarified, we will now identify the high-value skills you offer your ideal clients. This training will focus on what clients are willing to pay a premium for and how to align your expertise, products, and services with those needs.

Touchpoint Reduction

Prioritize actions that deliver the greatest impact by applying the 80/20 principle and strengthening core organizational principles. Use insights from the purchaser curiosity phase and high-value skills assessment to guide future objectives.

Diversity Power

In the United States, women influence about 85% of consumer spending. Organizations that do not engage women and people from diverse backgrounds in their marketing risk missing key opportunities. This workshop will offer strategies to leverage these employees’ expertise to inform marketing, reduce burnout, and support retention.

Simplifying Communication

Organizations often struggle to present their offerings in clear, accessible language. Simplifying communication to an elementary reading level can increase conversion rates, but this may feel counterintuitive for subject matter experts and requires changes in communication practices. This workshop will focus on strategies to clarify organizational offers, integrate insights from previous sessions, and streamline proposals for future use.
